1 can of diced chilies
1 can artichoke hearts, drained
Blend above ingredients in blender. Bake 350 for 30 mins
Serve with diced bread toasted in oven, crackers or rye bread.

Slow cooker chicken and wild rice soup
2 boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 box uncle Ben's long grain and wild rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
4 cups chicken broth
2 1/2 cups of water
1 can sliced carrots, drained
Place all ingredients into 6 quart slow cooker and stir to combine cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
