Grilled Ginger Chicken

Marinate chicken (breast 6 or tenderloins) in the following for 4 to 6hrs. (or overnight)

1/3 c soy sauce
1 c. water
1 clove garlic, minced
1 T. sugar
2 T. dry sherry or lemon juice
3 T. grated ginger


grill the chicken basting it with 1/3 c reserved marinade
