2 C cornmeal (White Lilly)
2 C buttermilk
1 egg
10 shakes of salt
Heat oven to 425 and melt 1 stick of butter in cast iron skillet.
Combine all other ingredients, pour into skillet with melted butter.
Cook for 20 minutes.
