3 large bananas
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup butter (I use the real thing)
1 egg
vanilla
__________
1 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup choc. chips
Mix dry ingredients together and then add to the rest.
Bake at 350 for 15-18 mins.
Makes a dozen.

Shelley, I just made these muffins and they are very good. Next time I may add some toasted pecans for a little crunch. I'm going to try to make every recipe to add a little variation to our meals. It's so easy to get in a rut. Especially when you're just cooking for two. Aunt Jan

Shelley, I had three bananas to use yesterday but NO Chocolate Chips. I went ahead and made these w/out the CC's. They were SO good but I'm sure with the CC's they would be even better! I will get some next time I go to the Grocery Store... and then I will try and not eat them until I have 3 more bananas to use ;)
